So many Café readers, many of who have never made bread before, have written emails and comments sharing their delight at becoming adept at bread-making. Here are just  a few of the hundreds we’ve received:

I made your ridiculously easy focaccia bread and I had to drop you a note to say it turned out beautifully! Just like your picture. I have been taking pictures and sending to my friends and sister to show off these beauties!

Made the bread for Easter and it baked up perfectly and paired really well with the ham. Nice to have an easy dinner bread recipe when you need it!

Oh my! This was my first attempt at any bread – so easy and so delicious!!

I never, ever comment on recipes but this is hands down the BEST bread recipe! So easy and turns out perfect every time. I made 6 loaves and froze them before baking for a big family dinner and everyone asked me for the recipe after!

I’ve made the rolls about 4 times now and each time, they’ve come out wonderfully (and I am new to this whole no-knead bread baking thing).

Simply amazing!! I have made these rolls twice this week…My 29-year-old son asked for them instead of his traditional Birthday Cake 🙂 Thanks so much…

Ridiculously easy and, according to my six-year-old, crazy great!

You can do it too! Homemade bread is on a completely different level than anything you can buy. It takes any meal up a notch and makes a perfect starter or side to whatever you are serving.

The best brioche I’ve ever had. Thank you for your scrumptious and easy to make recipe. I love nuts so I added a scoop of walnuts. Delicious. Yes, truly “impossible to eat just one slice”. Also, thank you for the labels; they are pretty and elegant. A lovely touch.

My children are in agreement. I love how adaptable it is as well, with the ability to use any seeds/herbs/seasonings I have on hand. I can’t thank you enough for this insanely simple recipe that I’m sure will be a staple in our household from now until forever.

In the time it takes to preheat the oven, you can have this, crisp, buttery, FABULOUS Biscuit Focaccia stirred together and ready to bake! Serve it for breakfast, brunch or in the bread basket for dinner. NO ONE has to know the ridiculously easy part!

I am thrilled with two of your recipes that I tried this weekend. The Ridiculously Easy Biscuit Focaccia is absolutely delicious and it’s so easy! I made it to give to neighbors but after my husband and I had to many sample bites (to be SURE it was good!) I decided not to share just half of the Biscuit Focaccia. It’s so ridiculously easy that I’ll make another one today and be sure it gets across the street.

This One-Bowl No-Mixer Homemade Naan is soft, puffy and impossibly delicious! It rivals the naan at your favorite Indian restaurant and you can make it yourself at home with minimal effort!

Okay. I’m a well-seasoned cook (I make everything from scratch and I’m very picky; i.e everything has to turn out perfect). This recipe is PHENOMENAL. I’ve made it more than 10 times already. I make it maybe once every couple of weeks and I quadruple the recipe so I have extra in the freezer for lunches etc. I make the recipe as written with no changes. It’s perfection. Thank you for sharing this recipe with the world!

So, let’s make some homemade bread, your family and friends will be thrilled and you’ll be a rock star!

Thought for the  day:

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.
We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son,
who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
