‘Who doesn’t love pasta?’ Two brothers bring Italian cooking to Marine City with new food truck
Two brothers are bringing their like of Italian cooking to Maritime Town with the opening of a new pasta meals truck.
Alex Christie, operator of Countless Pastabilities, LLC, and his brother, Anthony Christie, the manager of the organization, will open their meals truck at the parking lot at 319 South Parker St., upcoming to the Sunoco gasoline station.
For the first couple weeks, the truck will be open up from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday by way of Friday, but the brothers hope to grow the several hours in the upcoming.
The truck serves customizable pasta bowls, allowing for shoppers to opt for their noodles, sauce, meat and greens, as effectively as clean antipasto salads and cheesecake bites.
Alex Christie claimed all the recipes are his personal, and the greens are sourced fresh from a St. Clair County farm. All sauces are made fresh and are vegan and gluten totally free.
The truck has been running in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties since final November, but the brothers mentioned they are excited to deliver the truck to a much more everlasting location nearer to Anthony’s property in Maritime City and Alex’s household in St. ClairShores.
The brothers explained they on the lookout forward to becoming embedded in the Marine Town local community and furnishing a pleasurable spot for neighborhood households.
“We’re just striving to deliver the community jointly,” Alex Christie said.
